What we collect

When you interact with The Easter Agency, we may collect your business name, address, phone number, email address, and website URL from publicly available sources (Google Places, BBB, Yellow Pages, and similar directories). If you share Google Search Console access, we receive read-only search performance data (clicks, impressions, positions). We do not collect personal information beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to generate Receipts (competitive diagnostics), deliver Reconcile and Compound services, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Google Search Console data

If you grant read-only access to your Search Console property, we can view your search performance data (clicks, impressions, average positions, and pages receiving organic traffic). We cannot modify your site, your Search Console settings, or access any other Google service. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Cookies and tracking

Our website uses essential cookies for site functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify individual visitors.

Data retention

We retain business data and service records for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. Search Console tokens are deleted when you revoke access or when our engagement ends.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@theeasteragency.com. We will respond within 30 days.
