Terms of Service

Services

The Easter Agency provides search engine optimization services including competitive diagnostics (Receipts), technical SEO remediation (Reconcile), and ongoing SEO programs (Compound). Services are governed by the Client Service Agreement executed between The Easter Agency and the client.

Payments

Reconcile is a one-time payment of $949 processed through Stripe. Compound is a monthly subscription of $3,000 processed through Stripe. All payments are in US dollars. Compound subscriptions are month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel, no penalties.

Payment only for work that is done

You pay for work that is done. “Work” means the items listed for the product you bought. For Reconcile, that is the directory listings and the Google profile and website clean-up listed in your Receipt. For Compound, it is everything in Reconcile, plus the authority websites and a monthly report on what was done.

An item is “done” when it is completed and can be checked. A listing is done when it is live at a public address showing the correct name, address, and phone number. A profile field is done when it shows the information you supplied. A website is done when it is published and linked to your Google Business Profile. A report is done when it is emailed to you. The Easter Agency keeps proof for each item and sends it on request.

If an item is not done by the end of the billing period you were billed for it, and the reason is within our control, you do not pay for that item. For Compound we credit it to your next month or refund it, at your choice. For Reconcile we refund that portion. Tell us within 30 days after the billing period ends.

This does not cover work we could not do because we were waiting on you (for example, access to your Google Business Profile or a verification code sent to your business), a decision by Google or a directory to reject, suspend, or remove something, or anything that happens after an item was done. It is not a promise of any search ranking, traffic, calls, leads, or revenue. See Limitation of liability below.

Receipts

Receipts are provided at no cost and without obligation. The data in a Receipt is sourced from publicly available tools and databases. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that every data point is current or complete. If you find an error, contact us and we will correct it.

Intellectual property

Satellite domains and content created under the Compound program are owned by The Easter Agency during the engagement. Upon termination, clients may purchase satellite assets at fair market value as defined in the Client Service Agreement. Content created for the client\'s primary domain is owned by the client.

Limitation of liability

The Easter Agency does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and market conditions. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 90 days preceding any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.
